Michael Fox founded IELP, Inc. in 1990 and has been instrumental in the success of hundreds of electricians obtaining their Master Electrician license.
Mike has been an electrician since 1980 and has been a licensed Master
Electrician since 1986.
In 2012 Mike passed his Commercial Electrical Inspector's exam with the
International Code Council.
Some of his background includes working as a railroad electrician, hospital electrician, industrial electrician and four years as an electrical contractor. Mike recently retired after 25 years as the Electrical Foreman for the Indianapolis Public Schools. He is looking forward to devoting more time to his real passion of electrical training. He credits IPS with giving him exposure to a huge variety of electrical
systems. Mike received electrical theory training through his apprenticeship but
continued his training at IUPUI, taking their two year Practical Industrial Electronics
program. In addition to electrical training, Mike received an associates degree from
Ivy Tech in HVAC Technology and has held his HVAC license since 1980. Mike
believes in continuing education, taking refresher courses through Mike Holt Enterprises and the NFPA. Mr. Fox also credits a good portion of his success to Mike
Holt (Mike Holt Enterprises) for allowing him to use his dynamic training products
for over 25 years now.

WHAT DO RECENT STUDENTS SAY ABOUT IELP INC.?
- Mr. Fox, Thank for bringing your class to cincinnati last fall. Putting (6) employees through it was a gamble that paid off. The program created a (fraternity) atmosphere in our shop. The guys are using their code books and discussing code more than ever before.Tony Roberts, Corsmeier Industrial

- Mr. Fox, thanks for the Electrical License class you offered. My
background is in Mechanical HVAC but I have an Electrical Engineering
degree. Your class gave me the information necessary to pass the Electrical Contractor's license exam. I would have never been able to pass
this test without your class and advice on how to best prepare. You were
very organized and knowledgeable. Thanks again. W. John Albrecht Jr.
