Michael Fox founded IELP, Inc. in 1990 and has been instrumental in the success of hundreds of electricians obtaining their Master Electrician license.

Mike has been an electrician since 1980 and has been a licensed Master Electrician since 1986.

Some of his background includes working as a railroad electrician, hospital electrician, industrial electrician and four years as an electrical contractor. Mike recently retired after 25 years of service with the Indianapolis Public School system as their Electrical Foreman. Mr. Fox also credits a good portion of his success to Mike Holt (Mike Holt Enterprises) for allowing him to use his dynamic training products for over 27 years now.

Anthony Kendall started his career in high school by attending Whitewater Technical Career center to learn Electrical and after high school he went into an apprenticeship. He then went on to obtain his California General Electrician's License, California Electrical Contractor's License, and taught all the modules in the California Department of Industrial Relations 720 Hour Electrical Curriculum for Apprenticeship Programs.
