This 1.5-inch TFT display module is a 1.54-inch TFT liquid crystal display module with advanced display technology, designed for application scenarios that require clear and reliable visual presentation. The core of the module is equipped with the ST7789 driver chip, providing RGB full-color resolution of 240 (horizontal) x 240 (vertical) pixels, ensuring that images and text are displayed delicately and vividly.

The module uses a standard 4-Line Serial Peripheral Interface (4-Line SPI), including key signal pins such as SCK (clock), SDA (data), CS (chip select), D/CX (data/command select), RESX (reset), as well as independent backlight enable control pin BLEN and power pin VCI (operating voltage range 2.5V ~ 3.3V) and GND. In terms of connectivity, the module is equipped with two 7-pin header connectors (CN1, CN2, total width 17.78mm) with a spacing of 2.54mm. The pin header plastic facilitates stable and reliable plug-in installation with external circuit boards.

The module's driver board is equipped with a connector that is easy to disassemble and assemble. Users only need to perform simple operations to separate the display screen from the driver board; at the same time, the driver board transmits the display screen's signal through metal pins to achieve smooth transmission between the device and the display module. In addition to realizing conventional signal transmission on the metal pins on the driver board of this module, we also merge the backlight into the same pin control. Under this function, this display screen module realizes the function of PWM dimming, and users can selectively use TE signals. This model of module can still operate stably in extreme temperature environments of -30℃ to +80℃, meeting the requirements of stringent industrial applications.

In terms of display performance, the module has excellent wide viewing angle characteristics, with a typical brightness of up to 700 cd/m2. The module can work stably in a wide temperature range of -20℃ to +70℃, and its storage temperature range is -30℃ to +80℃, meeting the stringent requirements of various industrial and consumer electronic products.
